OVERVIEW
COMPUTEX Cyberworld 2021 cooperated with PinChat to build a live chat for each exhibitor on their company profile. If any attendees want to contact the exhibitor, they can simply click the live chat button, enter the chatroom, and start their chat with the exhibitor instantly.
CHALLENGE
- The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect the organizing of events, and this has been the second consecutive year of online exhibition for COMPUTEX.
- Entering its second year of online exhibition, COMPUTEX expects its exhibitors and attendees to interact more in the event. Thus, in addition to the functions lauched earlier, including Business Card, Inquiry, and Matchmaking, they continue their search for a live chat solution.
About COMPUTEX
COMPUTEX is an international computer exhibition co-hosted by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council and the Taipei Computer Association. It has been held for 41 consecutive years since its first debut on 1981.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, COMPUTEX 2020 and 2021 has transformed from in-person event to online event, and they decided to cooperate with PinChat in COMPUTEX 2021.
